Jania Saipale

Jania owns end-to-end payroll processing and benefits administration at Keep Supply — including biweekly payroll audits, carrier billing reconciliation, and compensation change workflows. She also maintains the HRIS system in Paylocity and builds supporting tools and SOPs to keep people processes accurate and compliant. When she's not at work, you'll find her with her grandbabies, at the gym, or purging items she no longer needs — a hobby she's fully embraced. At work, she's most likely to overwork (she's working on it). Jania identifies with the solenoid valve — follows instructions exactly, opens and closes on cue, and dependably executes the process every single time.
