Jania Saipale

Jania Saipale is a People Systems & Payroll Partner, and someone who genuinely cares about getting things right for the business and for the people behind it. She joined Keep Supply in 2026.

At Keep Supply, Jania oversees payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR systems. From running biweekly and off-cycle payrolls to managing ACA compliance, 401(k) accuracy, and HRIS configuration, she keeps the people operations side of the business running smoothly and accurately.

She brings 10 years of experience in HR, payroll, and benefits across hospitality and professional services, with a strong foundation in full-cycle payroll, payroll compliance, and HR regulations. A Predictive Index Operator by nature, she is methodical, precise, and dependable, qualities that show up in everything she does. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from California State University Channel Islands.

Outside of work, Jania is passionate about personal wellness and is currently on a health journey she is proud of. She believes that taking care of yourself makes you better at taking care of others, a value she brings to everything she does.
