Kortni Justice

Kortni oversees all new hire training and experience as well as new leader onboarding. She works closely with mid-level leaders on people, performance, and development. When she's not at work, you'll find her at the gym or with her family — working out so they can eat lots of delicious food. At work, she's most likely to have a snack in her pocket for you, or be on her third cup of caffeine.
