I’m a people-first leader who thrives on creating structure, building great experiences, and helping others succeed. The new hire experience is especially important to me because I want every person who joins our team to feel supported, valued, and excited about where they work. I’m direct, dependable, and always follow through on my word — no fluff, just honesty delivered with a big heart. Nothing makes me happier than seeing people truly thrive here compared to past jobs that may not have valued them the same way.

Outside of work, my family is my world. My husband and I have been married for 12 years, and we have a soon-to-be teenager plus her fur-brother Axel, who definitely runs the house. We love traveling, eating good food, and making memories together — especially in Las Vegas and WaterColor, Florida. I also love working out… mostly so I can keep enjoying great food.
