Lindsay is responsible for the full-cycle people experience at Keep Supply — her team manages compensation, engagement, facilities, recruiting, and training and development. Put simply, Lindsay makes sure the Keep Supply mission is felt at every stage of the employee lifecycle. When she's not at work, you'll find her at the lake or building Legos. Lindsay identifies with the liquid injection system — an unconventional fix that challenges the standard approach and boldly solves problems others didn't see coming.
