Accounts Receivable Specialist – Accounting

Jillian manages accounts receivable for Key Accounts — making sure invoices, payments, and past-due balances are handled correctly. A big part of her role is problem-solving the weird stuff: portal issues, short pays, credits, tax discrepancies, missing remittances, POD tracking, and whatever other mystery is keeping Keep Supply from moving invoices along. When she's not at work, you'll find her in nature or poking around an antique store, planning a slightly unhinged trip, or looking at rocks, bugs, and plants. At work, she's most likely to find a weird discrepancy nobody else noticed and refuse to let it go until it makes sense. Jillian identifies with the pressure gauge — precise, measures everything, and won't let you proceed without complete information.
