Alyssa Woodard

Alyssa is the Accounts Receivable Manager, operating at the intersection of people, data, and financial operations. Her role goes well beyond managing receivables. She's focused on serving people, building efficient processes, removing friction for the teams around her, and finding smarter ways to use automation and technology to make the numbers work harder. Her coursework in fintech and data science helps to drive this.

She brings a naturally curious mindset and passion for innovation to her work, asking questions, digging into the data, and translating complexity into clear, actionable solutions. She believes that good systems and good people go hand in hand, and she invests in both.

With a background rooted in helping professions, she leads her talented team with the same principles: listen well, clear the path, and support the people doing the work. A Leadership Springfield alum and certified Mental Health First Aid responder, she takes that responsibility seriously, and it shapes how she approaches everything from day-to-day problem-solving to longer-term process improvement and people growth.

Outside of work, Alyssa can be found spending intentional time with loved ones, walking uphill for fun, volunteering with the International Institute of Southwest Missouri, hunting for rare finds in thrift stores, reading, making music, and finding inconvenient places to drink good coffee — pursuits she'd argue make her sharper at work. So far, the data agrees.
