Lindsay Bauer is a people and culture leader with more than 15 years of experience helping organizations grow in ways that put their people first. As Director of People & Culture at Keep Supply, she oversees the full employee experience — from hiring and development to benefits and culture-building — with a focus on creating an environment where people feel valued, supported, and equipped to grow alongside the company.

Lindsay's philosophy is grounded in the belief that healthy cultures are built through authentic humility, transparency, and intentionality. She is a practitioner of The Great Game of Business, working to ensure every team member understands how their contributions connect to the bigger picture.

Lindsay holds an MBA in Leadership and Management and a Bachelor's in Human Resources from Missouri State University and is SHRM-certified. She is a graduate of Leadership Springfield's Signature Class 46 and serves as a mentor through Missouri State's eFactory network, as well as serving on the board of United Way Ozarks Region.

Lindsay and her husband Stephen have been married for 20 years and have called Springfield home their entire lives. That deep connection to the community is what drives her passion for building up people and businesses across the Ozarks.
