Joel's primary responsibility at Keep Supply is to be the best resource for parts and equipment in the Oil and Gas industry — taking as much pride as his customers in the work they do to keep their plants running at full capacity. When he's not at work, you'll find him spending time with his wife, putting his body through pain at the gym, or watching sports. At work, he's most likely to chew on some Juicy Fruit. Joel identifies with the variable speed drive (VSD) — pushes beyond fixed parameters, adapts aggressively to conditions, and is always optimizing toward a goal.
