Madisen partners with teams across the company to build and optimize the tools that support sales and operational processes. Her goal is to create efficient, long-term solutions that help identify, track, and capture every opportunity possible. When she's not at work, you'll find her with her mini Aussie Layla Grace, hitting up the big three — Home Goods, Target, and TJ Maxx — or reading. At work, she's most likely to have a half-drank, watered-down iced coffee on her desk. Madisen identifies with the system controller/PLC — sees the whole system, directs every component, focused on long-term performance outcomes.
